JUDr. PhDr. Radek Mylbachr (*1974)

Radek studied law at the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, from which he graduated
as Master of Law summa cum laude in 2000. In 2003, he was awarded the doctor degree in civil law.
Apart from law, Radek also studied German and history at the Faculty of Arts of the Masaryk
University in Brno and graduated as Master of Arts summa cum laude in 1997. In 2011, he was
awarded the doctor degree in modern philology with specialization in technical language of law.
Between 2000 – 2013 he worked for the Brno Trade Fairs as head of the legal department. Since 2014 he has been working as attorney at law subject to the Czech law and since 2010 as bankruptcy administrator.
In addition to this, he has been working as arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Economics of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic since 2010.
Law and foreign languages are his great fun – Radek can speak fluent English (C2/Proficiency in English), German (C2), French (C1) and Italian (B2).

Mgr. Bc. Martin Jelínek (*1975)

Martin studied law at the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, from which he graduated
as Master of Law in 1999. Apart from law, Martin also studied personal management at the Faculty
of Social Studies of the Masaryk University in Brno and graduated in 2009 with bachelor´s degree.
Before entering the private career, Martin gained a good deal of legal experience trough work at the District Court in Brno. Between 2002-2013 he worked for the Brno Trade Fairs as in-house lawyer. Since 2014 he has been working as attorney at law subject to the Czech law and since 2010 as bankruptcy administrator.
In addition to his work as lawyer, he was also concerned with lecturing in law, both for the Academy of Justice in Kroměříž and the private sphere.
Martin can speak fluent English (C1).

Mgr. Jiří Hudec (*1976)

Jirka studied law at the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, from which he graduated as
Master of Law in 2004. Initially, he worked at the District Court in Brno and in 2007 he started his
career in the insurance branch.
He worked both for an insurance company and later for a private enterprise specializing in compensation for damages arising from traffic accidents. In our law office he is in charge of the traffic accidents´ agenda.
He can speak fluent English (C1).

Mgr. Leona Siebenbürgerová (*1981)
legal specialist, administration of the law office
Leona graduated from the Faculty of Education of the Masaryk University in Brno in 2005.
In our law office she specializes in the agenda of insolvencies and liquidation of legal persons. She takes care of the administration of our law office as well.
Leona can speak fluent German and partly English.

Michaela Jelínková (*1977)

Míša has attained secondary education in economics.
She has been involved in the agenda of insolvencies for more than ten years. In our law office, she is in charge of the insolvency agenda and administration as well.
